This was a long and complex repair to severe storm damage which affected five units. At all times Albert kept us informed of progress and fully liaised with the strata committee when there were questions raised. He was always helpful and ready to listen, responding promptly to telephone calls or e-mail. His work team were very professional, quiet and considerate and left the building neat and tidy at the end of the working day, which was much appreciated by all owners. I have had dealings with Abril Building Solutions in my capacity as an insurance broker / claims manager for approximately 10 years. During that time Abril have been appointed to carry out repair works in relation to insurance claims for our clients on many occasions. After my property suffered from storm damage I was fortunate that my insurer appointed Abril Building Solutions as the builder to complete repairs. I cannot speak more highly of Abril and especially Albert (Project Manager) and his team of tradesmen. The tradesmen organised were all very punctual, accommodating and their work completed with a high standard and quality. Abril staff with Albert in particular were very professional, clearly explaining the rectification works process and most importantly were very accommodating in my timetable – they worked their schedule around my needs which made the whole process stress free.
